Say goodbye to average shop-bought buns and bland restaurant Bao, and learn how to knead, roll, steam and fill your own ultra-soft, fluffy Bao from scratch. Expect bold flavours, proper technique, and Bao that actually impress.

On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by our friendly chefs with a glass of wine 🍷 before sitting down for a relaxed, informative demo covering everything you’ll be making including your Bao and a fresh, crisp Asian salad to balance it all out.

Then it’s over to you. Get hands-on, build your Bao with guidance from our chefs, and enjoy plenty more wine along the way.

At the end of the class, sit down, relax, and enjoy everything you’ve made with great company (and even more wine).
