Hey Gemma, tell us who you are and what you do.
I’m Gemma Ford and I’m an entrepreneur with more than one business and area of expertise, which is known as a multi-hyphen or portfolio career. In my case, I’m an Intuitive Life Coach and Marketing Consultant.
I’ve been a life coach for over a decade, working with people to realise their dreams, reach their goals, heal from life’s hardships, and connect more deeply with their intuition.
As a marketing consultant, I have more than 20 years’ experience and I work with corporate clients and small businesses.
What inspired you to get into life coaching?
I was interested in personal development as a teenager and studied Psychology at university. I am fascinated by people and enjoy helping people improve their lives. I worked as a yoga teacher for years which was a wonderful way to uplift a room full of people everyday, however it only lasted for that class. As an Intuitive Life Coach I can get into the trenches of people’s lives with them and support them in the most vital and tender of places.
What can you help people with?
I can support people with a whole range of issues and desires. People tend to come to me when they want to create something new in their lives, or they are having a really difficult time. The top areas of life that people tend to ask for help with are money, career, health, relationships and family.

Finally, what’s your favourite thing about Wandsworth Town?
I LOVE Wandsworth Town! I love the village-y feel so close to central London. I love being by the river for long walks. Old York Road is dreamy at the weekends for coffee, brunch, drinks with mates, or a yummy dinner. I also really enjoy the exercise studios and classes, there seems to be some really great ones very nearby like More Yoga, Pilates Circuit, Barrecore and F45.
