Ready, Sit, Go! Seated Exercise Class

Starting 21st May 2024! A FREE seated exercise and dance class for those aged over 60 whatever their ability or mobility.Followed by food and refreshments.

Sessions are to be held every other Tuesday from 10:15am - 12:00pm.
