Steady Together

A warm creative afternoon for parents of neurodivergent children to share stories, connect, reflect and feel less alone.

Through a story circle, gentle grounding practices and expressive arts activities, parents will have space to share challenges, reflect on their feelings, and hear from others with similar experiences. The session is designed to offer understanding, community and practical signposting in a relaxed, welcoming environment. Led by Steady Studios and Dr Janet Moo Tein Ni, the morning will include conversation, creative therapeutic expression and time for coffee and informal connection.

Steady Studios was founded by sisters Marina Reichenberger and Dr Veronika Reichenberger. Drawing on backgrounds in psychotherapy, public health, visual anthropology and community engagement, they create warm, creative spaces where people can slow down, connect with themselves and one another, and explore meaningful life experiences through conversation, creativity and shared reflection.

Dr Janet Moo Tein Ni is a Chartered Psychologist, Registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist, researcher, and lecturer, with 17 years’ experience working with neurodivergent children and their families through embodied, family-centred approaches.

Marina Reichenberger works with children, teenagers and adults as a Psychotherapist and Expressive Arts Therapist. She partners with people to tap into their inner strengths and discover new ways of being through talk therapy and creative expression, helping clients live more present and embodied lives.

Dr Veronika Reichenberger is a qualitative researcher, visual anthropologist and health coach with over 15 years of experience using participatory and creative approaches to explore health, disability, belonging and wellbeing. She is passionate about creating spaces where people feel heard, where stories are honoured, and where meaningful connections can grow through dialogue, reflection and creativity.
