Beginner Boxing Fitness Class (women only)
This boxing inspired workout will have you sharpening your punches, boosting your stamina and leave you feeling pumped!
A feel‑good, full‑body workout combining boxing combinations, cardio, and strength. You'll move through fast-paced rounds focused on speed, power, agility and reactions - all in a fun, supportive environment.
No boxing experience needed, just come as you are. Whether you’re new to fitness, easing back into it, or looking for a workout that feels more social, you’re so welcome here.

Getting there:
- You will receive the exact location via email once you've booked.
- Arrival from 12pm, prompt start at 12:15pm (45 min class)
- Nearest station: Wandsworth Common Station (8 min walk)
- Nearest bus stop: Granard Road (2 min walk)
