Wandsworth Council's Refugee Week Celebration

Wandsworth Council will be kicking off Refugee Week 2026 with a celebration at the Clapham Grand.

Join us at the iconic Clapham Grand for a festive and fun celebration of Refugee Week 2026. This special evening brings together residents, local organisations, and sanctuary seekers for a night of music, performance, delicious (free) food and community connection.

This year’s theme, “Courage”, invites us to recognise the bravery it takes to seek safety, rebuild a life, and create new beginnings. Through moving performances, stories and a shared meal, we’ll honour the strength and resilience of refugees who are now part of Wandsworth’s vibrant community.
