Are you interested in joining a seated exercise class for Asian women aged 60+? Then our NEW Asian Women’s Exercise Group might just be the right thing for you. Run by our fantastic exercise facilitator, this group will help you improve your strength and balance and keep fit.
Please note that this group is only for Asian women aged 60+ living in Wandsworth. If this isn’t you but you are still interested in joining our exercise classes, please refer to one of our many other community engagement sessions advertised on our website.
