Darkness crawls across the land, the midnight hour is close at hand. Well, no, we’re just inching ever closer to the spookiest of days – HALLOWEEN!
So, we thought we’d do a helpful roundup of some of the best things happening in town this spooky season. Sink your fangs into these.
Gravity MAX
Wandsworth’s massive playhouse is offering a Trick or Treat Triple offer throughout October. Book three activities, including VR and e-karting, and pay just £27.95 per person.
And that’s not all. Students are invited to party hard and save big at Gravity’s Neon Nightmare Bash on Friday 24 October. There’ll be live DJs amd exclusive student discounts on food and drinks. Tickets are free and can be booked via Gravity’s website.
Cineworld’s ‘Secret Screaming’
Love a good scare on Halloween? Then you’ll be chilled to know that Cineworld at Southside will be screening a secret iconic horror on Friday 31 October at 7:30pm. We don’t even know what the movie is, but we can tell you it’s a certificate 18 and tickets are just £5.99!
The Ram Inn
Wandsworth’s historic pub has had a recent glow-up, not to mention their banging Latin menu, and you’re invited to celebrate Halloween in style at Morticia’s House of Boogie. The pub guarantees and spooktacular house party with plenty of mischief until 2am.
Eye Emporium
Wandsworth’s premium independent opticians is hosting a day of seasonal fun at their Southside store on Saturday 1 November. Guests will be invited to spin the wheel and win prizes, get a free face painting with an eye test, tuck into cupcakes and warm drinks, and walk away with a special goody bag.
Brewers Inn
Kids can get crafty this Halloween at Brewers Inn’s Pumpkin Carving events on 27 to 29 October, from 4-6pm. But there’s fun for adults too with Sip & Paint on Wednesday 22 October.
Parkside Gym
We agree, there’s nothing more horrifying than burpees, but worry not because Parkside Gym over at King George’s Park are having a fun-filled Halloween social, and of course, fancy dress is highly encouraged.
Sambrook’s Brewery
Okay, we admit, it’s not very spooky, but hot on the heels of Halloween is the next Sambrook’s pub quiz and comedy fans rejoice, the theme is Peep Show. Test your knowledge on the iconic British comedy on Tuesday 4 November. Book now.
